The room was neat with a private bathroom and a comfortable double bed, and the location was in a peaceful area.

We greatly enjoyed this stay. The hotel was clean, staff was exceptionally nice and affable. The restaurant here was excellent with nice staff, we both ordered amazing dishes.

The hotel staff was a little slow.

Upon arrival, the guest room was equipped with air conditioning that worked perfectly. the bathroom was clean and ready for use. 🌬️

This venue is a pleasant and fairly clean place, worth its 3 stars; featuring a comfortable location within walking distance from Complexul Muzeal Arad Museum and a good restaurant with nice staff.

The only improvement needed for breakfast was more variety in the food options. There was no coffee offered for breakfast and it had to be purchased separately.

No negatives, everything was excellent!

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! the reception staff was friendly and spoke excellent English. They were incredibly accommodating, even letting us see two different rooms to find the perfect fit for our family with 2 small kids. We were pleasantly surprised to discover that pets were allowed for a small fee, so our two German shepherds were able to join us. the hotel served food and drinks until late, which was a great convenience since we arrived late in the evening after a long 11-hour drive.

We felt completely at ease during our stay and have no complaints whatsoever.
